These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the bdtko platform and all services operated under it. If you register, log in, or use any of our services on bdtko, you are automatically considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

bdtko operates a safe and entertaining online gaming platform for users in Bangladesh. We place the highest priority on the protection and satisfaction of our users. These Terms form a legal agreement between us and you.

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect will be considered acceptance of the revised Terms.

2.3 Account Security

You are fully responsible for keeping your account login details (username and password) confidential. You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify our support team immediately.

3.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on bdtko is ৳100 (applicable to all methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer). You may only deposit using a payment method registered in your own name.

• All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).
• Deposits made through third parties are not permitted.
• Deposit records are stored and verified when necessary.
• Unusual deposit activity may be subject to investigation.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. However, delays may occur if identity verification is incomplete or additional security checks are required.

• Withdrawals will only be made to the same method used for the deposit.
• If an active bonus is in place, withdrawals may be restricted until wagering requirements are met.
• Bank transfers may require additional verification.

3.3 Accepted Payment Methods

bdtko supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. We reserve the right to change the list of payment methods at any time.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. The minimum deposit to qualify for this bonus is ৳100. To withdraw bonus funds, you must wager 20 times the combined total of the bonus and deposit amount (20x wagering requirement).

• Each user may receive the welcome bonus only once.
• Wagering must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being activated.
• Certain games may not count toward wagering calculations.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred to another account.

4.2 VIP Cashback Program

The bdtko VIP program has four tiers. Members are promoted to higher tiers based on their regular gaming activity and receive increased weekly cashback:

• Bronze: up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 1.1% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 1.5% weekly cashback

Cashback is automatically credited to the account and wagering requirements may apply.

4.3 Prohibition on Bonus Abuse

Any misuse of the bdtko bonus system or attempt to exploit loopholes — such as operating multiple accounts, coordinated betting strategies, or claiming bonuses using false information — will be considered a violation of these Terms. In such cases, all bonuses and winnings may be cancelled and the account may be suspended.

5.1 Fair Play Policy

bdtko believes in fair play. All our games are operated using an impartial Random Number Generator (RNG), which keeps every outcome completely independent and unpredictable. No game result is predetermined.

5.2 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Playing games through any software, bot, or automated tool.
• Exploiting technical errors in the system.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Any form of fraud or deceptive activity within the gaming environment.
• Using the platform for money laundering or other illegal financial activities.

If any such violation is detected, the account will be closed immediately and all earnings may be cancelled.

5.3 Technical Errors

If the outcome of a game remains undetermined due to a technical issue or server outage, bdtko may void that bet and return the original stake. Abnormal winnings paid out during a technical error will be considered void.

6.1 Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the bdtko platform — logos, designs, text, graphics, software and other elements — is our intellectual property. Reproducing, distributing, or commercially using any content without prior permission is prohibited.

6.2 Third-Party Content

Our platform hosts games from various game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, and Spribe. The intellectual property of these games belongs to the respective providers, and bdtko serves them only under valid agreements.

7.1 Use of Personal Information

We use the personal information you provide for account management, identity verification, payment processing, responsible gaming management, and improving our services. We do not sell your information to third parties.

• Operating multiple accounts.

10.2 User Rights

You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closure, you will be given the opportunity to withdraw any verified remaining balance, provided the closure is not due to a violation of these Terms.

11.2 Final Decision

bdtko reserves the right to amend these Terms in part or in full at any time. For significant changes, we will make efforts to notify users. Revised Terms will take effect from the date of publication.

12.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms becomes invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining provisions will remain fully in effect. The invalid provision will be replaced with the nearest legally valid equivalent.
